PEEBLES, Thomas Milton Jr., 80, of Alberta, Va., went to be with the Lord on November 1, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Eunice Waller Peebles; his daughters, Deborah Hall (Floyd) of Chesterfield, Libby Toney (Bobby) of Amelia; his son, T.C. Peebles of Chester; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; his sister, Florence Edmonds of Alberta; and his brother, James Peebles (Sandra) of Tuscon, Arizona. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Clarke Funeral Home, Kenbridge. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the New Hope Christian Church in Danieltown, Va., where he was a lifetime member. Interment in the church cemetery.
