To Family and friends of Tom Pence: Tom was a friend, colleague and mentor of sorts. For more years that I care to count, I could depend on Tom for straight answers, free advice and encouragement. I hope he knows how much he has meant to the Relocation Industry and to me personnaly. I wish I could send him a little joke via e-mail! We'll miss you Tom!

What a great loss of such an amazing person with a mind that never stopped! He was not only hilarous but brillant and I am so glad I had the chance to know him and consider him a friend. Tom will be greatly missed -- he left us all too soon!

Dear Family & Friends of Tom Pence,
I am sorry for our loss. I wish that we were in a place where we could all get together and share stories of our experiences with Tom. He was a good friend and probably the most "determined" person that I ever met. One thing I know for sure: as he lived and as he left, "he did it his way" and I will miss him.

A true and loyal friend, colleague and human being. Tom was an entrepreneur that was constantly looking for newer ways of doing things. His tender heart cared for my own daughter and he sponsored her music and drama events regularly. I shall miss his laugh, those just barely naughty jokes he would leave on my voice mail and drinks on Thursday nights with the gang.

Carl and family,
Tom was the most respected and admired boss and friend you could have in your corner. He hired, mentored and coached me for over 7 years....even to start a company with the Relocation knowledge he passed on. I couldn't and wouldn't have wanted to do it without him. My deepest sympathy.
