Thomas was born on April 8, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Thomas was a resident of Tullahoma, Tennessee. There will be a Private Family Graveside service Wednesday September 9 2016 at Ten Oâclock in the morning with The Reverend Doctor Glenn Kinken Officiating. The family will receive friends at a Memorial Service Wednesday September 9 2016 at Twelve Oâclock in the afternoon at First United Methodist Church in Tullahoma TN with The Reverend Miriam Seyler Officiating. There will be a visitation immediately following the service until Three Oâclock in the afternoon. In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made in Mr. Perkins honor to First United Methodist Church in Tullahoma TN or to The American Heart Association.
