Not sure what to say?

My heart is sad today because I just heard of Tom's passing. Tom was such a genuine man with a heart of gold, he was always willing to help others.
He had a special place in my heart because when my colleague Barb and I were entering the Low Vision field, he was so encouraging and supportive. He was a person that we knew we could count on; he believed in us and we thought the world of him.
I know he is up in heaven for sure because he was already an Angel down here before he...

Met Tom at Newman Center on NIU campus. What a thoughtful, compassionate man-he will be sorely missed. I was a better person for having known him.

Charlotte, sorry for your loss. Dennis Freitag

U r in my prayers!

Tom spoke last to our group in 2013

RIP Tom, we will miss your smiling face and big heart. Heaven surely is a better place with you in attendance.

Tom came and spoke with our group, Sights Unlimited of Chicago Heights and was well received by the Low Vision community.

I, Mick Rybolt, want to send my sincere condolences to his wife and extended family. God Bless you all in your time of rememberence of a great loving individual. You have much to be proud of.

Tom will be missed in the low vision community. He went that extra mile to help a visually impaired person in need.

Tom was a kind and compassionate man who genuinely cared about his low vision clients. Tom will be greatly missed. Kim &Joe Kuster, OASIS for the Visually Impaired.

Dear Charlotte, Keith, Christine, Erin & Sara
On behalf of the Gambon family I would like to let you know how deeply sorry we are for the loss of a kind and caring human being. My father always spoke kind words of your family. I remember I use to push Keith on the swings at Clissold School when you first moved in. I know how much of a shock this must be to your family. My dad passed away unexpectedly also on 2/14/91 at 67. I understand how painful this is for your family. We are all...
