Not sure what to say?

It was my honor and privilege to provide spiritual guidance through prayers with Tom as he was journeying toward his reward in heaven. Strong and proud but with grace he walked the path that we all must travel one day. To know Tom Prather as one of his spiritual leaders will remain a highlight of my ministry at Cypress Cove. Live on with our Lord and continue to direct the great heavenly productions.

I send sympathies to Debbie and the Prather family. When I saw Tom's picture and name in the NY Times I recalled working with him at the Arena House in Harrisburg (co-founded with my parents Ted and Martha Freedman) in the 1960s. Tom left a strong impression with me for his kindness, talent, and contagious enthusiasm for theater. He clearly continued to affect others this way over his long and influential career.

TJ, Will, and family. I am so sorry for your loss. What a legacy he has left.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Deborah and family. My late husband and I moved to Punta Gorda in 1993 and found Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre immediately. I continue to this day with season tickets. I have so enjoyed Tom's Art pieces and am the proud owner of 15 in my house. With the love of travel over the years and slowing down now I shall always remember Tom in the common travels about the world. Tom will be remembered for years to come.

With loving thoughts. What a great contribution to our community. The Dutch Apple was a favorite venue for us in Lancaster. May your memories bring you comfort.

Debbie and family, So sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I volunteered at Arena House 1965-68 while attending HACC, and was there so much Sid gave me a job in the box office. It's so ironic that I recently took part in a Zoom memorial for Bob Wait...he and Tom were a huge part of the intro to my love for theatre. Well done!

Debbie, my heart goes out to you and your family. You and Tom are an inspiration to all of us who admire your love for each other and your contributions to our community. Much love, Patty Loverock
