I'm so sad to see this news. Tom was my father's neighbor in a facility in Plano for about a year. Tom made each visit to see my Dad a little brighter by giving me a soft, friendly smile and a look that said "I've got an eye on him, he's okay." I knew Tom had a hard go of it every day, but his spirit was strong and his family was tremendously supportive. A lot of love to go around. It's too bad they didn't have more time together.
