Not sure what to say?

With my deepest sympathy to you Helena and your family. Did not know Tom, but he was a fellow comrade in arms -

Mike Phelan 2/1 Cav A troop vietnam 67-68 [email protected]

Our Condolences to you and your family. Tom will reside in Fiddlers Green and he will be remembered. Tom Fey, President 2/1 Cavalry Association

Dear Helena, I became 1st Platoon Leader in C Troop not long after Tom left Vietnam. While I did not personally know him, I have heard nothing but great things about him not only then, but in recent years when members of C-Troop reconnected with me. I note you met at Calvin; I grew up in the CRC and all my cousins went there! as my Uncle was a CRC minister. I mourn Tom's passing and only wish I could've known him. My prayers are with you in your loss.

A great Tropper

TOM PRINCE….The last name so well describes Tom. I was Tom's Platoon Leader in Vietnam and got to know him well. He was a first class guy. Etched in my mind is the nite operation in which his A PC hit a powerful land mind that severely wounded Tom and many others. I recall calling in a medical evacuation helicopter and loading Tom and others on the chopper. Tom was in near black out pain and he told me, “If I don't make it back alive promise to tell my wife I love her more than she will...

We are all so so sadden for your loss Helena, Tom was a very Special Man, very few like him. His honesty, warmth, kindness and compassion for others was evident with his smile and few words he spoke. I will always treasure the time we enjoyed together when you and Tom came to Washington DC years ago for the Account Executive Meeting. Tom loved the Italian Rest.we ate at, raving about it years later.

Tom we will miss you, but we know that you are on that Golf Course in Heaven smiling...

I was privileged to know and admire Tom. We were in Nam at the same time. He will always be my idol the way he handled his challenges in life. I know where Tommy will be and pray one day we will be together again. God Bless the family! Who ah!

I have enjoyed getting to know Tom over the years and am glad to have him as a friend. I have never enjoyed getting beat in golf but didn't mind getting beat by Tom. A nice man and a true Gentleman. Go Blue Tom!

I had the joy of working with Tom at EB, as well as playing golf in the company golf league. A class act in every way, and a scratch golfer. My deepest sympathies to the family.
