I hope all is well up there. Things down here do not seem to be going that well. People truly hate what I do for a living even though I have earned everything I have accomplished and own. I feel alone in a world that thrives on hate and the enjoyment of making others feel terrible. Every time I watch the news, hear a political statement from an entertainer or a sports celebrity, or indirect comments from people who surround me, it is always negative.

I consider myself lucky and fortunate to have had a grandfather for thirty nine years. Those years were filled with vacations, dinners, celebrations, and family visits.
