Our sincerest condolences to the Ragard family. Tommy was obviously well known and liked by many people in the local bowling community, as I witnessed first hand when we were fortunate to present Tom with his Southern Tier USBC Hall of Fame Induction plaque during a visit he made over at Ideal Bowling Center in Endicott back on April 10th.
