To the most wonderful dad a girl could ever have. Dad your the greatest! You didn't talk a whole lot, about somethings, but you said plenty about other things, lol. I know that you have always loved me and have always been proud of me, the most wonderful thing that I can think of is I wear your name, the "Reddin" name. That means that we have to do better than settle, we have to be an example. We have to be the leaders of tomorrow, and dad, that is what you have given me. I am proud to be a...

My dear husband, what can I say that I haven't said in the 51 years that we have been married? I have always loved you, you and I had some amazing and wonderful times. Times that people may never know of. My love for you will never die, our friendship will never die, and as long as I live, you will be in my heart. I know that you are resting and are watching over me and the family, I am blessed to have had a wonderful friend and husband in you. God bless you Redd, and one day we will be...

Grand dad I remember the first time you seen me and I was taller than you and JR together, you said with your handsome smile, boy what dey feeding you, and I just laughed. Mother always told us to make her proud because the name "Reddin" means everything. Now, that you have gone on to glory, I will do my very best to make sure you are proud of us always. I love you, grand dad and I will never forget you. Love always Mitchell

Dear grand dad, they are always telling me how much I look like you :) a real lady's man. I don't want to remember the pain and sorrow that you encountered the last few months of your life, I just want to remember all the great times that we shared together. You will always be missed, but never forgotten. Love you always, Ricky, Rickia & Ricquel Reddin

To my wonderful and loving step-father, I am going to miss you. My love is with my mother Mary and my sister Peachez & all the Reddin Family. May God continue to be a blessing to them in their time of need.

To my Grandfather Thomas, I am deeply sad. For the loss to my Grandmother, Aunt and cousins, may you continue to find peace in knowing that he is in a better place. With all my love, Tee, Robert, Shati, Laz & Tarig

M’echelle, one of my fondest memories of Uncle Tom was when he visited his Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina relatives about a year ago. The highlight of Thanksgiving gathering was that Uncle Tom would be joining us on this special holiday, so we definitely enjoyed Uncle Tom’s presence. From Uncle Tom’s visit, I learned that he likes reaching out and touching people. He called to wish me “Happy Birthday” and “Happy Mother’s Day” so I will never forget how he made me feel s-o-o-o...

REST

REST? It is simply trust in Him who
knoweth best;

Leaving tomorrow in His hands, and
all the rest

Of time, without a shudder,
or a dread

It is the poising of a soul
on Him

Who, from the dim
Far past, hath been the infinite,
the stable one,

Praying His will be done;
Leaning on Him, in trust which
knows no fear,

As a child leans who does...
