Thomas E. Remy, Jr., 32, of Fern St., Fall River, formerly of Rodman St., died at home Sunday, June 27, 2004.

He was the former husband of Holly (Mays) Gentile of Fall River;

A lifelong resident of Fall River, he was the son of Mary (Almeida) Remy of Fall River and the late Thomas E. Remy, Sr.

He had been employed by BFI, Fall River and National Water Main Cleaning, Hyde Park, MA.

A hockey champion, he played in national hockey tournaments with the Fall River Mustangs.

He was a member of the Corky Row Club.

Besides his former wife and mother he is survived by

a daughter, Jasmin Remy of Fall River;

3 sisters, Tammy Remy, Kelly Dupras and Judy Remy,

all of Fall River; grandparents, Whitey Remy of Assonet and Evelyn Almeida of Swansea;

a godchild, Chad Almeida of Swansea and

aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church, So. Main St., at 11:30.

Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.

Visitation, Wednesday 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Large parking area and barrier-free entrance to the rear of funeral home.

Hey Remy, We miss ya a whole lot buddy. We love you and you will never be forgotten. We know you were watching over us (The Mustangs) at our hockey tournament in Tennessee last week. I scored a few goals for you. Were you proud of me? Ha!Ha! Unfortunately, we didn't take home the championship but we made it to the finals. Not a day goes by where we don't think about you. All the guys (The Mustangs) miss ya and love you very much too. Hey, have you seen the nice collage Crissy has put together...

Cuzin TomTom u are very much loved and missed by many i can remeber your last words cuzin tommy loves you ..i will always remember that and many memories i have of you will never be forgoten u are always in my heart .

My sympathies to all of Tommy's family. Tommy and I grew up together. What a hockey player!!!We all know he's in a better place now and will never be forgotten. Jasmine don't forget your Daddy will be watching you. You know you mean the world to him!!!!

I used to play hockey against Tommy at the Metro South Sports Center (Him Jr. Moris ect..)in the 90's, he is the nicest guy in the world as well as the best hockey player i have ever played agianst
I never had the pleasure of playing with him,but we did talk about it on a few occasions he will be greatly missed by myself and a whole lot of people i know ,he touched a lot of people with his greatness
