Not sure what to say?

During our time working together on the Union Pacific, Tom was first and foremost there to support the crews who worked with him. He was top notch, and it was always a pleasure to work with him and for him. Jim Cross

I was so fortunate to have known Tom, he was always so kind and had the best laugh! He was the life of the party and lit up the room. He had a profound impact on my life and I will be forever grateful to have known him! Wished I could have came today to say my farewell but am recovering from sickness.... My deepest condolences to Bob and family!

Charlie Scott texted on remembering this little guy with big grin(Tom) driving HUGE RED CADILLAC with Texas long horns mounted on hood at the Pendleton Roundup. Tom asked Charlie to pull his bull rope at a rodeo....Charlie age 80 still wears the Roundup belt buckle he won and his black bull rider Stetson to the Sisters Bull Bash each year.

Best memory of Tom and Monrad carrying ladder at 330am to checkout sorority house second floor windows or Tom marching with U of O band onto field at halftime during U of W football game in Portland. Charlie Scott pulled his bull rope for his short brahma bull ride.

Tom was a true friend with a ready smile. He never forgot Nov. 10th. Carried his parents/grandparents work ethic throughout his life. Tom was one of kind and I will miss him. Ben L.

Tom my dear friend, I cannot express the sadness I feel from your recent passing. We go back 60 years and my wife Rosemary and I miss you deeply. It is difficult to imagine a presence like yours departing this Earth, and the hurt I feel by your loss is stunning. Rest well dear friend, I will never lost touch with the millions of laughs that we shared over the years. Our years together at the railroad were monumental in value and will never be forgotten. I miss you daily and despite the fact...

My husband Bob Wilhelm and I were shocked to hear Tom had passed away. His family and Bob´s have been close for many years. We always enjoyed Bob his laughter made us laugh. His smile would light up a room. I remember Bob trying to teach Tom how to dock start at our home on Lake Oswego. Bob kept in touch with Tom, sad news! Our heart goes out to his family! Lillian Bob Wilhelm

Tom had the best smile always!! He was a loving Man to all !! It was fun to hang out with him from time to time!! He LOVED DOO WOP tunes!! The golden oldies fit his style!! When I hear these great old songs ... Tom is there singing along!!! He was our Earth Angel!!

So much fun just being with Mr Repp. He is a fraternity brother U of O A T O house 1962 63 64 and a great friend. He could recite lyrics of every black Motown group and could always find us a band from Portland for the Fur trappers Ball house dance. He is truly my brother and I am blessed to have shared his friendship. Ron More
