Thomas R. Rhinehart

Thomas Russell Rhinehart was born Sept. 29, 1948, in Paw Paw, to Jack and Betty (Chappell) Rhinehart. Thomas passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024, at home in Lawrence at age 76.
