Dear Rice Family;
Please accept my deepest sympathy. I was quite saddened to hear of the passing of Tommy. I have to admit, the last time I saw him he was 12. I worked along side his dad many years ago.

I am priviledged and honored to have witnessed and been a part of the amazing ceremony that truly honored a great man. I have never before seen such an outpouring of love and support and I sincerely doubt that I ever will in this lifetime.

You are in our thoughts and prayers. We pray that God will bring you peace and comfort during this time.

When Tom would say HI to you, you could feel the friendship and the brotherhood, he always called me "Willy P". I will always remember that -he was a great man taken too soon.
I will never forget him.
