Condolences to the family of Rocky. May he Rest In Peace. I met Rocky when I worked for Valley Telephone Co-Op in Dilley and he did a lot of work for the company-Op. He was such a hard worker and I loved to hear him laugh, he had a hearty laugh. He was always a happy person. So sorry to hear of his passing. May God Bless all his family.
