Tom was a kind and funny man. I remember him always joking around. He use to give me a ride to work in Ithaca when he was going through Dryden. He saw me standing out in the rain waiting for a bus, and stopped...I really appreciated it. He said he knew me and didn't want to see me get soaked...very kind.
