Not sure what to say?

Coach Roggeman was the greatest person I have ever met. I never cried so hard in my life when he left Washington for Purdue. My life is better because of him.

Rest in peace Coach, you have served your God, Family and Country well. "Where the fighting is thickest, there fight I" Rangers Lead the Way! HOOAH! You shall never be forgotten!

Coach was such a great leader and Teacher. I had the honor of having him as my biology teacher in 1968-69. He took our football team to State Championship in 69, when times were in racial crisis, he saved our school from the violence, and brought us together through football. He will always be my hero. I send my sincere condolences and prayers to the family. I feel blessed to have been taught by Coach. God Bless may he RIP

Pam and family - I lived in the same senior center with you dad. Each day, Coach would let us know who he was cheering for that day -mostly Purdue and USC.

To the Roggeman Clan: I too share in your sorry at the loss of a great man and mentor. Coach Roggeman was a very intense individual but you already know this! As it turned out, I followed Coach's example after graduating from Purdue in 1973 and enlisted in the US Army. Until this day, I didn't realize Coach was a Marine! Hoo-rah! I always respected Coach Roggeman and used his example in my tours of service. His contributions to young people, his family and our country will never be...
