Dear Denise and Family,

I was so shocked to read about Tom in the Staten Island Advance. What a wonderful man! Although we have not been in touch for years, I will always remember our good times from Otterbourg, Steinder, my mail going to Buel Avenue, my visits to Valley Cottage and both of you at my wedding. Denise and family, you are in my prayers. I am so sorry. May God bless all of you in this time of sorrow.

Dear Rooney family,

Tommy was always a wonderful person to be around. Our son Shawn played baseball with his son Tommy and it was always a joy to visit with your family.
