Not sure what to say?

Dear Anne,
I am so sorry for your loss.
I first met Tom many years ago in his capacity as Supervisory Agent at the FHLB of SF. I was a novice as a banking executive and yet he patiently showed me kindness, courteous and absolute professional fairness. He was always a first class gentleman, initially cool to strangers like me but later quickly to become a good friend after I proved myself to deserve his respect. Over the years, I would often see Tom at various banking functions and he...

Dear Anne and family, When I first went to work at Cal Fed in 1974 and worked on my first branch application with my boss, George Greene, I was told I had to go to downtown Los Angeles and file the application. Having heard that Tom was a bit scary, it was with great trepidation that I went to his office, made even more so because the LA traffic had caused me to get to his office after closing. Dear Anne and Family, I had known Tom since about 1972 or 1973 since graduated from Sac State and started working at Citizens Fed SLA in SF about early 1971. I respected him as my Supervisory Agent at FHLB OF SF who was fair and impartial in reviewing our branching efforts for some twenty years off and on as we kept changing charters. I did like his dry sense of humor and now knowing he was from Massachusetts, understand why he was often so stern and straight laced a guy. When in my early...

Auntie Anne, Kathy, Michael, Chrissie, Patrick and Stephen, So sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you all.

As a kid I always looked forward to Uncle Tom's visits to run the marathon. Especially his complaints about my father's love of cheap beer, some great banter between them on that topic. I'm sure the debate continues in Heaven!
We had a lot of fun on our recent visits out to California and we were glad to spend time with Tom while he was in good Health. God bless & our Prayers are with you all. We'll miss you Uncle Tom.

May the memories you have be forever etched on your heart. May God wrap his loving arms around you to provide you comfort. My prayers are with you and your family. Meg Skare

I am sorry to learn of Tom's Passing. I remember the wedding more than fifty years ago at St. Benedict in Somerville. I have remembered him in prayer through this illness and will continue to do so.
