I served with Tom in the 385th MP Battalion in Germany and have thought about him often. He was a good friend and a great influence on my life. Rest in peace my friend.

A good cop, a good man that has now received his reward for his service to our country and city. I pray his family and friends can find peace and comfort during this time of sadness and sorrow.
