Not sure what to say?

Uncle Ton, you led an exemplary life for your family and we feel enriched by your life and stories. We loved having you visit us in Texas and will miss our phone call visits.

With Love,
Rick, Debbie, Brad & Kim Slater

I succeeded Tom as uniserv director in the Nappanee office. He did much for area teachers. I enjoyed his visits to the office.

I worked with Tom as a fellow UniServ Director out of the New Castle, IN office. I am very sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry to see that Tom has left us. He was my first Uniserv director and was invaluable to me as a young local president. He probably taught me more than any other association mentor: both by direct advice and by example. He truly made a difference for Indiana's teachers and students! Personally, he was also a great guy: often laughing, warm and welcoming to all. My heart is with the family and all who will miss Tom.
