Not sure what to say?

Thinking of the Slocum family on this day hoping you are comforted in all your memories of your dear Thomas. Sincerely, The Saizan's

Thinking of you this Memorial Day Mr. Slocum. We never met but I recall seeing your headstone at Fort Logan Cemetery in October 2007 when we were in Colorado for John Denver events in Aspen. You are buried directly behind John Denver's father. Rest well and Thank you for your service to our country.

Thank you Kacie. It's always nice to know people remember Thomas. I'm glad you have fond memories.

I knew Tommy since about 3rd grade at Bertha Heid. I remember a vivid imagination and, of course, that smile. My earliest memory was him telling me he rode a giant turtle to the U.S. I was a serious child and never quite understood him...but I think about him often and am humbled because my son reminds me of him. I am sorry for your loss.

Always in my heart and thoughts. Never forgotten!

Semper Fi!

I miss u so much..Words can't explain...

LCpl Slocum,

Remembering you as we commemorated the 238th Birthday of our Corps yesterday and on this Veterans Day 2013. You made the ultimate sacrifice and your family has sacrificed so much as well. To the Slocum Family, I pray that you know this warrior has not, nor ever will be forgotten!!!

Semper Fidelis!!

As we gathered yesterday for Thanksgiving we thought of you and all the men and women who gave their lives so we could spend the day together. Tommy you are greatly missed by your family and friends! Please watch over all those that have been injured and those who are serving today.
You are forever in our hearts!
