Jackie and family, I'm so saddened to read about Tom's passing. He was an old and dear friend. We met in a bowling league when we were both about 12 years old and became instant friends. Tom possessed an amazing intellect almost hidden by his congenial personality and quick wit. Our years together playing softball also displayed his surprising athleticism. ... If that photo is fairly recent, Tom's ever-present smile looks just like it did 60+ years ago. He was a wonderful man. I will miss him.
