Our thoughts are with you Charlotte and family at this time of this great loss. Prayers and blessing to your family.

It was an honor to call Tom a friend and he will be truely missed by all who knew and worked with him. He was eager to lend a hand and always made himself available when called on. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and be assured he is resting in peace. Ronnie Young Chesapeake Police/Police Association of Va.
