Thomas Stanisic

Tom and my deceased husband, Jim Basarich were best friends since the age of 5. They went through grade school and high school. I met Tom through Jim in later years after Jim and I married. Tom was fun and very smart. He always kept in touch with Jim and I so many years later. Rest in peace my friend.

Family my heart and soul goes out to you. As you Have Lost a Wonderful Man. Now we have one More Angel looking over us.
Dr. Stanisic. was just a wonderful man , I had the chance to work with him on PALS, and as Pt . My Parents Bob & Dawn will miss him too . for taking care of me.
I'll never forget the tears I had as he sent me of on the trip ,to Az. So I pray for you family .

Peoria has lost a great man.

Dr Stanisic gave my daughter, Heather, back her life. During this time he was so consoling to her and the family. I could never say enough good things about Dr. Stanisic.

Just sending my condolences for Dr. Stanisic's family. I only knew him through my dad who was a pt. of his. Dr. Stanisic was exactly what he needed in more ways than as just his surgeon.

Tom, Dearest friend and childhood buddy:
You've come to the end of your journey and your suffering here on this small planet of ours. I am convinced that you're in a much better place now...a place with no sickness and no suffering...a place filled with love and understanding.
The Almighty God has greater plans for you. He needs a compassionate and caring soldier just like you to help in heaven. You'll fit in fine!

My deepest...

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Tom....he was delightful and a joy to know. He respected everyone that crossed his path along his journey. I felt I could go to him to discuss anything that was on my mind. Our staff will miss him terribly. I feel honored to have known him and called him my friend.

I will truly miss Dr.Tom. He was a great person to work for and a true friend. My heart and mind is with his family, also his little guy, he was so happy to be a grandpa.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. My father (Sam Gates) thought the world of Dr. Stanisic and I was only fortunate to have met him during a stay my father had in the hospital. Dr. Stanisic was truly the best. He had such warmth and character and was a fine doctor. He cared for his patients in a way that is so rare to find in these days. I know my father will miss him dearly! May God Bless him and your family.
