Thomas Stark Obituary

Thomas Winfield Stark

38, passed away unexpectedly on December 28, 2016. Tom was a Carmel, IN resident and a graduate of Carmel High School.

Tom was a very gentle and kind man who cared deeply about his friends and family. He was a great cook, an avid reader, and had a deep love for and interest in music. The knowledge from these endeavors allowed him to be a valuable member of his trivia group in which he loved to participate each week. Tom also was a very loyal fan of the Colts and Pacers and remained true to them in both the good and difficult seasons.

Preceding Tom in death were his Grandmother Lenore Hopp and Grandparents Martha and Max Stark. He is survived by his parents Kevin and Teresa Stark, sister Laura Stark (Jason) Lancaster, brother Joseph Stark and Mollie Burkhard, niece Ava Lancaster, nephews Carter and Kayden Lancaster, and Grandparents Jim and Bernice Hopp. Tom will also be missed very much by Joey Berumen who was like a son to him.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 1 - 3 p.m. with a service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Leppert Mortuary - Smith Carmel Chapel, 900 N.
