Thomas F. Stiles Jr.

Passed away on January 6, 2014 at home. Born in Camden to the late Thomas F. Stiles Sr. and Esther Cherricola, Tom "Tucker" lived in Merchantville before 25 years, before moving to Barnegat Light in 1997. He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1957-1959. He was a longlife member of the Clementon Gun Club and an avid hunter. Tom "Tucker" worked as a freight conductor for Con-Rail for many years. After retiring, he became very active in his community, assisting in various ways throughout the town. He took great pride in the appearance of his home, by planting flowers and maintaining the landscaping. Tom "Tucker" leaves behind to carry on his legacy, his beloved wife of 56 years, Lois Stiles; children Thomas F. Stiles III, Tammy Stiles, Tim Stiles and wife Joan and Trisha Valcich and husband Thomas; grandchildren Tom IV, Zachary, Cody, Raine, Reese and Samantha; great grandson Bryce; sister Barbara Peters and husband Frank and his faithful companion, dog, Lilly. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 from 9-11 AM at Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home, 2426 Cove Road, Pennsauken NJ 08109. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM at the Funeral Home. Tom "Tucker" will be laid to rest at Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southern Ocean County Animal Facility, 360 Haywood Road, Manahawkin NJ 08050 or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 14 Commerce Drive, Suite 301, Cranford NJ 07016.
