Not sure what to say?

What a classy man! Bill and I only knew Tom a short time as our close neighbor at Points West. What a smile, what a happy person on his way to play golf. What a perfect pick for a very nice and wonderful wife. We will miss Tom as many people will. 2025 not a good start for a new year. Bud Umbaugh & Bill Warfel 235 Points West.

This is sad news. I worked at Mercy Hospital in the 1880's and I remember Dr. Stone as a serious man, and also very kind. He was an accomplished surgeon who cared about his patients. My condolences to his family.

As a student nurse at Hackley so many years ago I was in fear of Dr Stone as a very young student nurse ! Time passed and I became a young impressionable nurse wanting to do excellent which Dr Stone had high expectations for his patients . It was so unexpected but so very kind and genuine . So sorry for your families loss he was an...

To Ann Hoyt & families: My sisters and I extend our deepest condolences on your loss

Nancy, I am so sorry about Tom. You and your family will always have the best memories. Because you made life joyful And exciting for everyone... Especially Tom!.. He will definitely be missed. I´ve always been honored to be included on your Christmas card list. I still have every one of those pictures! Very sorry for your loss.

I loved working with Dr. Stone right from the start of my nurses training as a Hackley student nurse. He could be grumpy and I loved that about him. He taught me a lot. Most of all, I was most grateful when my daughter and I were in an accident and we could not reach our pastor, who was his neighbor. He left the hospital and went to Pastor Daly´s house to tell him of our situation. How can you not love a man who would do that and want you to know how much he was appreciative. Sending...

I worked with Dr Stone in surgery at Mercy and have wonderful memories. He was a great man and will be missed.

Very sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Stone. I always enjoyed talking golf and football with him when he stopped out to play a round of golf at Muskegon Country Club.

Rest in peace grandpa. You were always such a great person. Love, David stone
