Dr. Thomas Swerczek

Sending my deepest sympathy on the loss of Dr. Swerczek. I had the honor of writing an article and sharing his story on Secretariat and his dedicated research. I will forever cherish the day I got to sit and interview him, his great kindness, and contributions to the veterinary world. He signed a copy of the magazine for me. It hangs on the wall in my office, reminding me daily to stay passionate in my work. He will be missed by so many that had the chance to meet him.

So sorry to hear this. He was a great man with a great family. I know Mike was waiting with open arms.

Meeting Tom, learning from his experiences and research, and his help with some of my veterinary cases have greatly influenced my veterinary career. My condolences.
