Thomas was born on December 7, 1938 and passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017. Thomas was a resident of Delaware at the time of passing. After graduating from Dover High School in 1956, Mr. Sylvester enlisted in the Army National Guard. Burial will be private, but a memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
