Not sure what to say?

Delaney and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Tom's passing. I have fond memories of him singing at my wedding with my dad in a Barbershop quartet. I will always remember that. I will keep you alll in my prayers.

I will never forget the hours Tom and I spent working on our Barbershop Music. He was part of the quartet that sang at my daughter Rachel's wedding. Also, the time we would meet for coffee most evey day downtown. Eventhough I had not seen him for a couple of years, I still think of him as a close friend.

Anita and I are wintering in Florida, so I didn't this sad news until I signed on to Omaha.com.

Kate, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. You and your family are in my prayers.

The wonderful musical hobby of barbershop brings wonderful people together who probably never would have otherwise met.

To share song, friendship and memories with Tom was a very special experience.

Although we had not had contact for several years, it is as though this friendship is as fresh and current as it was in our heyday of singing and bringing pleasure to all who encountered the barbershop guys.

Tom is unforgettable, and probably to everyone who was blessed to...

Delaney, It's been years since we've seen you. We've all been going so many different directions. It's very sad to see of Tom's passing, but I was grateful to be reminded of a friend and neighbor in Dundee. We wish you well and hope to see you.

Delaney, girls and families,

It was exactly 27 years ago that the Tarsney family came into my life. And what a wonderful 27 years those have been.

Without Tom's help it is doubtful that our daughter Amanda could have come into our life. For that I am forever grateful.

It is the fond memories that allow us to cope with the tragedy of Tom's passing. Obviously, my heart goes out to you Delaney, the girls and the families. God bless. Speaking of fond memories, who can forget...

To the Tarsney family,
I was sad to hear that Mr.Tarsney had passed away. I have fond memories of Mr.Tarsney at Drazi Days and other neighborhood events on Izard Street.Though it was years ago, it feels like just yesterday when I remember his kind smile. May your faith keep you strong during this sad time in your lives. I find it comforting to know there is another guest at the party that all the Izard street folks in heaven are having. Gretchen, Walt G., Tom B. and others are welcoming...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Your family is so wonderful and kind to all. I am sure God will reward Tom for raising such a beautiful family and sharing you with all of us.

Mary, Kate, and family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Please know that you and yours will be in my thoughts and prayers.
