I am Len Guglielmo. I first met Tom when I was at Montefiore Med Ctr, from where Tom encouraged me to join J&J Health Care Systems when it was formed in 1997. We became friends (he always apologized to me because J&J sold the business in 2004, and he felt that he "misled" me). Quite the contrary -- it was a great experience in many ways.
