I was so sorry that this happened and to lose a wonderful light in our community is more than tragic.

My heart goes out to the family. I pray that you are able to heal completely. God be with you.

All in the Law Enforcement Community suffer this great loss. Our prayers are with the families, both personal and professional.

Know that you are surrounded by love and support from your friends. Tom will never be forgotten, will live forever in our hearts and with our Lord.

I went to school with Tom, and like so many others, have never forgotten the kind, friendly person I knew as I grew up. He will be forever in my heart. My prayers to all his family and all the people whose lives he has touched. May the differences he made in this world bring you peace.

Dear Tennant Family,
I met Tom last year through his work with Woodburn Relay for Life. What a generous, kind man. I did not know he was a Police Officer until last Friday.

My heart aches for you as you attempt to process your loss. I pray that God provides you with a peace beyond all understanding.
