Not sure what to say?

Hi Janet,

Just found out Tommy passed away,he was so good to me and taught me everything i know about this business. My sincere condolences to you and your daughters and their family.
Sincerely,

Joe Illescas

I was so sorry to hear about Tommy/Rusty. He was always a favorite of his cousin Gloria, my mother. My memories go back to St. Margaret Mary when he was Captain of the Monitors the year I was in first grade. I bragged about my cousin a lot that year. My thoughts are with you Janet. So sorry to be so tardy. We are in Florida and I just heard.

Sending prayers to you Janet and your family. We were all so blessed to have fond memories of our youth at St, Margaret Marys and Rusty was a big part of those times.

prayers and comfort for the thornton family.

My deepest sympathy to you, Janet, and your family, may God bless all of you. Tom was a great guy who was good enough to take the time to mentor me at the start of my career when we worked together at E.F. Hutton as young men. He was instrumental with developing a strong and productive work ethic with everyone fortunate enough to work with and have him as a friend. I never forgot about Tom's help with the start of my 48 year career on Wall Street. He will be missed by whomever he touched.

He was always full of fun and always ready to play a joke. We go back to the old days when dad had the hotel and Barbara and I used to go there after school and have potato chips and soda. He was a wonderful man .Our love to you all Janet, Barbara and Joan and family. Sorry we could not be there but our thoughts are with you. We love you and pray for you.

He may have been my dad Danny's good friend but he became my dear friend too. He would take the ferry to work with Lefty and I would search the boat until I found them and Rusty would entertain us with his humor and stories. I couldn't wait to see him on that boat ride into Manhattan every day. He always made my morning. One day he ran into me as I was buying Ravioli's for dinner and said "they...
