Not sure what to say?

A man who was tough on me as a coach, but I needed that. Taught me how to be a baseball player and a man and I´m thankful for that. May you rest in Peace.

Mrs.T, the Coach was much more than that to all of us who played for him. Many more life lessons were discussed on/off the ballfield. He pushed us to be better players, but more importantly, better teammates and young men, on the way to adulthood.Coach had a profound effect on a lot of us,and he mattered, of the field as well.

Dear Doris
Our heartfelt condolences to you and the family. Tom was sure a legend in his time. Will never forget the times you and he were my teacher back in THS, my daughters guidence counselor. Doris you and Tom did make a big difference in my life and I am forever grateful for tht. I have a few stories about that and look at the comments from 4/14.
May he be resting peacefully hes been through alot.

Tom and Family -

My condolensces to you all. Your Dad was simply a "Legend". He was a great life teacher to many...using the ballfield to do it...what a great place to be as we know. Following in your Dad's footsteps using his principals with your very own style I'm sure made him very, very proud. I'm sorry I will not be able to make it over to Funeral Home. But please know I send my thoughts and prayers over to you and yours and hope you're well pal.

Dear Doris and Family, So Sorry for your loss. Tommy and I played baseball on Staten Island in the late 40's and early 50's. Just learned of his passing. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Tony Gesso

Mrs. Tierney

Dear Doris....We extend our sympathy to you and your beautiful family. Tom always held a warm spot in my heart. I remember Tom during my teenage years and how I looked up to him as a great athlete. Later in life we had the opportunity to get together on the athletic field or at many social gatherings. He always had a special greeting for you under any circumstance. Everyone admired his courage in dealing with his health problems. He was one strong individual and will be missed by all.
