Thomas Allen Tobias

I'm so sorry to hear that Coach Tobias has passed away! I remember very fondly playing little league baseball with his son Bruce on the team he coached. The seasons ended with a family picnic at their farm. So much fun! I remember Coach as such a gentle, calm and caring person. I remember all the wonderful times our families got together when we were young. Dad, Don Nimke, worked with Tom for many years at MichCon. Visiting at the Tobias farm was always a fabulous treat. I loved seeing all the rabbits and thinking I wished I lived on a farm. I ran into Tom a few years ago at the Waterloo Farm Museum where he was selling some of his wood carvings.
