When I heard of Judge Trotta's passing, two words came immediately to mind: Thank You. Thank you for being my father's best friend for nearly 50 years. Thank you for being by his side as attorneys in the Oregon Attorney General's office, through the trials, the Supreme Court cases and political upheavals of the 1960's and 70's.
