Peppler Funeral Home - Bordentown Obituary

Thomas W. Tyler Jr, 52, of Browns Mills passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 with his loving family by his side. Born in Trenton, Thomas grew up in both the Bordentown and Browns Mills area, where he became a self employed carpenter for many years, fixing anything for anybody and with a smile on his face. Thomas was a big proprietor of family and friends, willing to paint a friends’ whole porch, and only asking for a case of warm Busch beer for compensation. He loved his children, his animals, the Eagles, working in his yard, and always looked after his neighborhood, going as far as cooking hotdogs for every kid in the town to stop by and refuel after a hard day of having fun. He has touched the lives of so many and will be missed by all.

Predeceased by his brother Jim Brown, Thomas is survived by his mother Cynthia Foulks and her husband George. Thomas is also survived by his life partner of X years Diane Hannah, his daughters; Ashley Tyler, Gabrielle Tyler and Alyssa Tyler. He is also survived by his brothers Joe and Bill Tyler, and sister Kelly Tyler as well as step sister Georgia Foulks. His nieces Caitin Tyler, Faith Tyler and Haley Tyler and nephews Joe Tyler Jr. and Matthew Tyler, his Great Uncle Joe who helped raise Thomas, and one of his favorite pups, Shitbird.

Services for Thomas will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 15 at The First Baptist Church of Bordentown, 127 Prince St. Bordentown, NJ 08505.
