I met Tom many years ago when I worked in the Finance Department of the City of Greeley, and I was lucky enough to be invited to one of his pig roast soirees - what a good time! He was an incredible person - smart, warm and giving - and he thoroughly enjoyed entertaining and spending time with others. The world is a better place that he was here, and I send my condolences to his beloved family. Thank you for sharing him with the rest of us.
