Not sure what to say?

Dear John and Family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother Tom. I remember both of you when I was a young kid staying at your parents camp at the lake and listening to your parents talk of how proud they were of both of you.., My name is Karen ( Lachanski) Potenza . So many great memories ! Again John , so very sorry. All my best to you and your family.

Years and years ago, Tom as driver, Mary Lou Davendonis, and I traveled many a winter Friday night to ski at Jiminy Peak. Tom patiently helped me a lot with my skiing. When I told a friend this, she said, "He's a born teacher." Thanks, Tom.

So sorry to hear of "Mr Veldman's" passing. For his family I hope that there are many happy memories for you to look back upon and smile, what a great teacher. I was fortunate to be in his shop class and have so many pleasant memories. His sincere interest in how his students were progressing was evident daily. Tom taught many young men how to work in a machine shop in his years at HFCS, The skills that they learned in his classes helped them find good jobs. After he retired, I think the shop became a weight lifting room. Bad Idea.

Tom and I had many conversations over the years at Hoosick Falls. Since we both graduated from Oswego it was something we were proud of. My Condolences to his family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I am so sorry to hear about Tom´s passing. Much too young to leave our world. My best memories of Tom are at the great sacandaga lake, and family dinners at grandmas and grandpas house. RIP cousin Tom.
