It has been a long and difficult road for Tom and all of the family. Tom is now at peace and we will miss him terribly. Tom was a very special person in our lives. Our prayers are with all of you.

Please accept my most heartfelt sympathy at the loss of your Dad. Your Dad is one of those people that I always count as one of the most influential people in my life. I believe Tom had inner strength and beliefs that I could only hope for. Please know that each of you, Tommy, Marty and Tracey are in my thoughts and in my prayers.

I have many happy memories of my younger days courtesy of Mr. Viets and his family. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. He was a very special man with a lot of knowledge to offer those around him. Some words of wisdom that he shared with me in the last couple of years include: "THIS OLD LIFE IS NO DRESS REHEARSAL AND I FULLY INTEND TO GET THE MOST OUT OF IT." Which I hope Mr. Viets was able to do!

We'll miss you buddy. We had some great times together since Lincoln Elementary School in Lakewood. May you rest in peace.
