Not sure what to say?

I was a spinal cord injured patient in 1978 at Queens Hospital, Honolulu. I thought Dr. Walinski was not only a brilliant surgeon for how he helped me, but kindhearted and caring. I last saw him about 1983 when I visited him at Queens and I can still see the joyful look on his face when I walked (gimpily) in. I regret that I did not tell him how I felt about him and thank him for what he did for me, but I feel better telling his loved ones how much he meant to me & my life.
