I am very sorry to just learn of Tom's death last year. I knew him when we were at Bellevue as Oral Surgery residents in the very early 60's and always looked forward to being with him over the years at the annual Bellevue meetings in New York. He was the quintessence on an unforgettable person ... unique, Interesting and always invested in " the possible". The lives of all who knew him well are surely poorer for his passing. Dick Ferris

High dad, was just sitting out back in my Zen backyard thinking about you & how I miss sitting around the campfire passing a doobie & listening to good music...Jenn, Dylan, Bam & I have been taking great care of Charlie, when Bonnie is out of town...he loves being here as Jenn & I have taken him on many adventures! Tom was such a dear friend t our family He was so god to all my kids. We are all very saddened by this news. My sincerest wishes of sympathy to his family Have tried to reach them but unsuccessful. Rest in Peace Tom. You are such a wonderful and generous person.
