Not sure what to say?

Such sad news. Tom was the very best. Always with a smile and fun to be with. We went to high school together where Tom was of the most popular members of our class. Great dresser and dancer. He will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to Sue and Thom's family. Gene Dessureau - Bulkeley High - 1949 Bethesda, Md. [email protected]

Tom always had a smile and a very loving HI! I knew Tom from the Fernridge Park tennis courts. He was one of us good guys. Funny! Happy! Sweet! I can see his face and see his grin today, and that was at least 30+ years ago. He will be missed by so many people. I am sorry for your loss.

To Sue and other family members: This formal obituary lovingly highlights Tom´s origins, background, educational and military path, professional work, family connections. We tennis players who knew him (and will miss him), regarded him as a fixture, always showing interest in us as individuals, in our families, complimenting us on our games, laughing heartily at any story he told or heard. Tom was a man with heart and soul, to be sure. The best of the best. - Shelley Meyers
