Condolences to family of Tom Wangler - He was a best friend to Al Endres from high school days who I was privileged to be a partner of for 21 years. Tom allowed us to use his summer home several years ago. Meeting Tom was a definite pleasure! I will never forget that meeting. Wonderful man! I lost Al 3 years ago in February but I did call Tom since and talked to him. I was going to try calling again but saw that he had passed last year. I am so sorry. I know he is with Al now and our Lord....

Tom and I were colleagues and friends at Boston College throughout all the years he was on the faculty. He was a man of great practical wisdom, and a significant contributor to the academic life of the college both as a faculty member and an administrator. I will remember Tom in my prayers. May he rest in peace with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Frank McLaughlin

Tom was the most amazing grandfather and father in law anyone could ask for and I will miss him
