Tom was well liked and respected by all who knew him. He supported and helped many programs grow and thrive at Fort Carson. In particular, the fire departments Wildland and Hazardous Materials programs. He was a true leader and good friend. I am fortunate that I had the opportunity to know and work with him. He will be missed.
