Not sure what to say?

Belated thoughts to Elaine, and freshening of memories for those of us lucky enough to have known him.
A long time ago I was in Poets' Corner in Westminster Abbey. On TS Eliot's memorial was a fresh bouquet with the simple message "Dear Tom". That'll do me.

In a class of his own bridging generational change. Tom was fairness personified. I owe him a great deal.
Sorry for the late entry- I did not know

WATERS (Dr Tom):
Farewell to a great Gastroenterologist whose knowledge, warmth and dry wit have been much appreciated by many ex- servicemen at both Hollywood Repatriation and Private Hospital. We have been proud to call him a friend and we offer our sincere condolences to Elaine, Sue and Craig and their families.
The Hamilton family

WATERS (Tom):
Our deepest sympathies are extended to the family of Dr Tom Waters. Dr Waters was key in the development of the Endoscopy unit at St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital (previously St Anne's and Mercy Hospital). A valued mentor to a number of the Gastroenterologists and wonderful contributor to the hospital community, our thoughts are with the Waters family at this time. From the team at St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital

WATERS (Tom):
Tom will always be fondly remembered as an outstanding Physician and Gastroenterologist working alongside my father as colleagues for so many years, with his quiet humility, gentle manner and sharp intellect. Together with Elaine much loved happy times at home with my parents, Bob and Joan (both dec). Our thoughts are with Elaine, Sue, Craig and families during this very sad time. Peter, Sarah and the Leedman family.

WATERS (Thomas ): An eminent and founding gastroenterologist in Western Australia, Dr Tom Waters was a highly respected physician, teacher and mentor to many. Deepest sympathies to Elaine, Sue and Craig, and their families.
Friends and colleagues from the Department of Gastroenterology, Royal Perth Hospital.

WATERS (Dr Tom):

I am grateful to Tom who has always been a source of inspiration and support to me as a wonderful mentor, colleague a special friend. He has contributed in the field of Gastroenterology but his great love has been his family, patients and cars. Our thoughts are with Elaine, Sue, Craig and family. Rest peacefully now.
