Dear Mrs. Welsh, Keith, Debbie, Mike, and Chip, I am so very sorry of the passing of Mr. Welsh. He was the only Father figure I had in my life. I really appreciate Mr. Welsh of all the love and kindness that you all had shown me as I was growing up and treated me as Family. He is a Great Man and will be missed. My deepest sympathy for the loss of Tom. He was such a nice and giving person. I will always be grateful that he took Lito under his wing and helped him-in school and to purchase a home in Xenia. He will be missed by all.
