84 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on May 5, 2011. He is survived by sons Thomas (Sherri) and Fred (Donna); three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave. Glendale, Arizona. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Palmcroft Baptist Church, 15825 North 35th Ave. Phoenix, Arizona. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
