Thomas L. Wiese

I met Tom through the Boy Scouts. Being from the Conneaut Ohio area I was in a Conneaut area scout troop while I believe Tom may have been in an Ashtabula troop. We were both Eagle Scouts in the day.

My best memory of Tom was when we attended the scout council expedition to Philmont Scout Ranch near Cimarron New Mexico back in 1972. I thought we hiked over 90 miles over the week's time, however, the tour leader who is now in his early 80's reminded me that is was about 62...

I feel lucky to have met Tom and enjoy his robust laugh and witty sense of humor. I hope you and your family are doing well. Please accept my deepest condolences. May peace be with you.

Karen and Family-
We've never met but I grew up with Tom at our farms in Pierpont. Since I heard the news last month I've thought of Tom often, camping, church camp, 4-H, stacking hay and much more. You have my deepest sympathies and I am sure he's having a great time with Bob and Jay right now.
